4. Payment and Refunds
All payments are final, and refunds are not offered for any reason. Once payment is processed, users gain temporary access to the generated content. Please review the content immediately, as it is not stored or recoverable after purchase.
5. Use of Generated Content
Once the press release is generated and paid for, users have full rights to use, edit, distribute, and publish the content as they see fit. There are no restrictions imposed on the usage of the generated content.
6. Content Provided "As-Is"
The generated press releases are provided "as-is" without any warranties, either express or implied. The service does not guarantee that the content will meet any specific requirements or expectations. Users are advised to review and verify the content before publication.
7. Responsibility for Reviewing Content
Users are responsible for reviewing the generated press release before publishing it. The service does not assume responsibility for any errors, omissions, or misrepresentations in the generated content.
8. Temporary Content Storage
All generated content is stored temporarily in memory (RAM) only for the duration of the session. If you navigate away from or close the page without saving, the generated content will be lost. The service does not retain a copy of the press release and cannot recover it if it is not saved by the user. Users must save or copy the content immediately after generation.
9. Limitation of Liability
The service is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use the generated content. This includes, but is not limited to, any errors, omissions, or unintended consequences of using the generated content.
