Effective Date: November 14th, 2024
At Pressly, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy outlines what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Information We Access
Pressly does not directly collect or store any personal data. Pressly does not store or process this information independently of Lemon Squeezy's system.
2. Data Entered by Users
When using Pressly, users may enter information (e.g., company name, announcement details) solely to generate a press release. This data is processed temporarily to generate the output and is not stored or retained by Pressly or any third party. Once the press release is generated, the data is erased from our systems immediately.
3. Use of OpenAI’s API
Pressly utilizes the OpenAI API to process the text entered by users to generate press releases. This data is sent to OpenAI’s servers only for processing the user’s request. Pressly does not retain any of this data, and OpenAI does not use this data for training or other purposes, as per their current policy.
